A two-storey penthouse apartment for an international client was fully refurbished with turn-key styling.
The apartment was bought with only basic and some low-quality fairfaced wall finishes.
Living room fairfaced wall as well as all living room walls were treated and textured with luxurious wallpaper in soft silky tones of taupe.
Custom made cabinet doors upholstered with faux lizard leather were made to cover empty shelves next to the granite island in the kitchen
Our scope entailed a design of internal joinery, development of bespoke furniture and full specification of all finishes and soft furnishings delivering a full turn-key project.
Luxurious accessories, beautiful curtains, and silk carpets created this luxurious and contemporary design generating a calm atmosphere that best suited the clients’ lifestyle and requirements.

MASTER BEDROOM
Lighting was redesigned on the ceiling above the bed in the master bedroom suite to enhance the feeling of space and light, giving emphasis on the huge 2.10m height custom made luxurious headboard. Beautifully combined colour and quality linen with bed coverings, together with cushions with luxe trims give a cool elegance. A custom-made upholstered chest with emphasis on the details is both practical for sitting while dressing up and as storage for the cushions before bedtime. Fairfaced wall was fully covered with gypsum board and textured with luxurious wallpaper in silky tones of light grey, hosting the elegantly simple custom-made dressing table and huge mirror and the modern designed wall lights. All bathroom mirrors are framed with luxurious wood frames after the request of the client.
